Unfortunately, I just can't recommend this dealer. The service staff was excellent and got me in for a tire replacement while on a road trip. The price was the killer $487. I called three different dealers in the Phoenix area and they were all under $300.
Just recently visited Durango Harley-Davidson via a tow truck. My 2012 Road Glide Ultra wouldn't start and I had it towed in from Cortez, CO on a Saturday afternoon. I fully expected to stay a couple of days based on my past experiences with other dealerships (I'm sure you know what I mean if you ride a Harley). Friendly staff, went looking for a missing size on the clearance rack.
The place was amazing! I ended up having a bad tire on my second to last day of my coast to coast trip. Dusty in service was able to get me in and out in about an hour on a Saturday afternoon! Great customer service! I will definitely be back up to see these guys

Very friendly and help me put my new air filler on. They when above and beyond to help out. That's one thing that I have always liked about Harley-Davidson shops. When you on the road and need a hand they will drop what they are doing and help you. 👍
