If you are on the road, we do maintain some service capacity on a first come, first served basis for travelers. We will do our best to get you back on the road in a timely fashion. My wife and I were on vacation the week of July 4th. The water pump went out on my 2015 Limited. I called the service department and told him I was having a problem early on the 2nd. We arrived around 2:30 pm or so. HE checked my bike and confirmed the pump was bad but said he couldn't fix it that day. I said what about tomorrow? You can keep it all day! He told me he would check. For the next ten minutes or so he was back and forth from the service deck and shop. Never checked and never said another word about helping me!! ... read more
These guys we’re great in the service department, took us in late and put a new rotor and brakes on. Bailed us out of a bad tire install back in Flagstaff. Job well done, keep up the good work!
