If you are on the road, we do maintain some service capacity on a first come, first served basis for travelers. We will do our best to get you back on the road in a timely fashion. Service is not open on Sunday.

RecommendedEveryone was very nice. Even the service department helped me out with my ignition switch and didn't even charge me for it. I did take care of the tech though.

I dropped in after blowing the baffle out along with the end cap on one of my dual exhaust pipes during a 1700 mile trip with my Dad. My expectations were low that a solution could be found in transit, I just didn't want the four inch pipe to blow out mine or anyone else's ear drums on my ride home to Denver. My fiance and I are from Pennsylvania were on vacation. Seeing Mesa Verde was the final stop after spending a week at the Sturgis Rally before heading back home. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our bike which landed us at Durango HD. I cannot begin to explain how wonderful everyone at this dealership was. So while doing some shopping,my buddy forgot his wallet on the counter,the next morning first thing we got there a little earlier as we were riding back home we explained to the first guy that showed up and he walks out with the wallet intact,nothing missing. That right there tells your the honesty of the staff.🤟🏽🤟🏽
We’re from Oklahoma n had Harley problem n drove the bike down to service center n within 30 minutes they had it ready. So Thankful for the Service Department!! Awesome service.
