Really came through and put me at ease about my tooth pain. I was able to get in the office right away, and started the treatment immediately.
Front-office staff pleasant and welcoming. Hygienist, Nikki, explained procedures as she worked and took steps to assure my comfort. Dr. Reed was thorough in his exam and gave me every opportunity to ask questions. Based on his findings, we jointly outlined a treatment plan. I was entirely pleased with my introduction to this practice.
I do really appreciate that the staffs are willing to make sure that I understood them and remove mask to allow me read lips when needed. They are great in everything they did.
