My appt was for a routine cleaning, but I also brought in a 6 plus year old crown that had fallen off recently. Dr Reed re-installed the crown right after my cleaning, no follow up appt needed.
After my cleaning and x-rays Dr Reed reviewed my results. Like Dr Mann, Dr. Reed was thorough, informative and professional. In checking gum and mouth, he identified an area that needed to be watched and followed up on. Always pleased with the Doctors and well trained and considerate staff!

Dr. Mann and Jessica, my hygienist, were both professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. During my cleaning, Jessica was gentle and careful, while explaining everything along the way. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The office is very nice and comfortable.
Hygienist Jessica is outstanding - professional, calm, thorough, gentle, informative, kind. Front desk staff greets me by name on arrival, always pleasant, helpful, answers my questions, calls me back in timely manner when phone messages are left. Thank you all!!!
I have been seeing Dr. Reed for approx 5 years. I have absolutely NO complaints about Dr. Reed or any of the office staff. Each & every one is pleasant & easy to work with, and Dr. Reed & his assistant are caring, concerned that each procedure is painless, and explains the work that will be done both ahead of time & at the time of the work. I would wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking for a dentist in the Durango area to go to Dr. Reed & Dr. Mann.
A clean environment and very skilled staff. I did not feel the instruments at all as Dr Reed and Zoe probed the problem tooth and assessed the solution...a new temporary crown. Dr Reed adequately explained the issue hence the performance of the original temporary crown from a dentistry in Texas
Efficient , pleasant on time , didn’t hurry procedure
