I used to love this vet, but as of today, we can't possibly patronize this practice in the future. They literally will not even make a vet available to phone you during regular hours on a Saturday in a scenario where your puppy is having complications from a surgery THEIR PRACTICE performed a week before (in my case, a vulnerable 7 month old puppy in otherwise perfect health whose innards are spilling out from stitches burst open). We have been taking our dogs to DuPont Vet for over 20 years. Always a great experience, especially Dr. Stohlman (no longer there) and Verna!!!
My dear cat, Snowy, was euthanized last Friday. The doctors at Dupont Vet Clinic were his vets for 13 years, helped him move into his next life with great care, and then sent us flowers a few days later. He loved everyone there. When he boarded there when we were away, he loved it--and they always loved on him. These people are golden and I am so grateful to everyone there.
My experience with both my kitties has been great! I feel like you wait a little too long in the waiting area but that's a minor complaint. Doctors are very personable and knowledgeable.
Not the same since Dr. Saini left. She gave great care to our dog and cat.
