Dupont Apartments is in a great location in Dupont Circle (one block from the Metro Red Line and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops). The building is historic but very well maintained. Carlton, the site manager, is top-notch. Carlton is very helpful and incredibly responsive. I have lived at Dupont Apartments for several years. I can't image living anywhere else in Washington DC.
Wonderful building! Great location and apartments. Maintenance is super responsive and helpful for all sorts of needs. Also provides AC units and takes them out to store for winter if needed! Love it.
I love living here! Been here for over a year and don’t plan on moving any time soon. The location is perfect, the building is very nice, neighbors are respectful, building manager is so kind and always happy to help around - I have no complaints.
I've lived here for almost 6 years, in a studio then a 1 bedroom unit, and overall had a wonderful experience. It is a fantastic deal especially for its location so close to the metro and easy access to other neighboring neighborhoods (Adams Morgan, downtown, Logan Circle, Kalorama). The variety of floorplans I've seen/lived in this building were well maintained and bright thanks to all the windows.
