I used to really like Dunn Bros. As they have become more corporate the quality has go e down a bit. I still like it over the other coffee chains but I miss the days when they were a more local company that roasted beans on site.

The Dunn Bros, Fairview Avenue, Roseville, is no longer a nice coffee shop. Yesterday I went in to get a jug of cold coffee to last me till I get my new coffee system. There were coffee beans spilled on the floor. The place was dirty. The servers aren't friendly. The coffee isn't roasted onsite anymore so the beans are not fresh roasted. What's wrong? Are you closing? I used to be a good paying customer. No more. Let me know when things improve. I'm out of there.

Bad experience. Drive-thru customer: Waited to order. Waited to pay. Waited to reorder. Waited to receive wrong order. Almond milk latte tasted burnt. Bad job all around.

I love this place. Such a cozy atmosphere. Also, I want to give a big shout out to the lady with wavy brown hair who was working by herself this morning, taking care of a busy window and a busy counter, and still making killer lattes and biscuit breakfast sandwiches!
Attentive service, great coffee. They are working on a community effort to collect jeans for homeless youth with hope. Love this!
