Good location, food, & coffee. I just sometimes feel some of the employees are unwelcoming with their expressions and actions...for instance one employee swiped the bell away rudely when a child that came with his mother (no not me) merely rang it a few times. A lot of customers have kids and there are a lot of coffee shops to go to be kid friendly and let the kid ding the bell a few times.
