Absolute terrible drive through, employees lack an attentive ear to orders. The 3 times I’ve been there, have all been wrong orders, sizes, no cream. Will not be coming back.

A loud job interview being conducted while I was trying to write and reflect by the fireplace was quite annoying. Now I understand why people bring headphones.

I used to really like Dunn Bros. As they have become more corporate the quality has go e down a bit. I still like it over the other coffee chains but I miss the days when they were a more local company that roasted beans on site.
The Dunn Bros, Fairview Avenue, Roseville, is no longer a nice coffee shop. Yesterday I went in to get a jug of cold coffee to last me till I get my new coffee system. There were coffee beans spilled on the floor. The place was dirty. The servers aren't friendly. The coffee isn't roasted onsite anymore so the beans are not fresh roasted. What's wrong? Are you closing? I used to be a good paying customer. No more. Let me know when things improve. I'm out of there.
Bad experience. Drive-thru customer: Waited to order. Waited to pay. Waited to reorder. Waited to receive wrong order. Almond milk latte tasted burnt. Bad job all around.
