I've had a few items I have had diffrent things done. I have always had a great experience. My last ring which is a family heirloom took quite awhile because of some complications, but besides all of the problems the workers were just amazing with me. I moved to florida before my ring was finished and they overnighted it to me. I absolutely love the work they did! Thank you!
Fast service , staff are friendly. On site jewelry station . They don't have to send your jewelry out To get repaired or sized.
I've had my engagement ring for less than a year. I've had 1 diamond fall out on thanksgiving day then I get it back after 2 weeks and another diamond falls out in less than a week of getting it back. We are so pissed. Unbelievable. An engagement ring or any jewelry should not have this happen.
