A very helpful group of people determined to find you exactly what you want!
If you have the slightest inclination you might want to return a purchase, do not buy from Dunkins. Not only is their website misleading (says at the top 30 Day Returns), the sales reps do not verbally state their policy to you when you make a purchase. They assume you will read the small sign on the counter that says NO RETURNS. They stick to this policy (that they do not clearly inform their customers with) like they are married to it. We fell in love with Dunkins...the staff was so sweet and very professional..esp Kayla..she is a true gem...love that they overnight the different diamonds so you get quality cuts to choose from!

I went to the VIP Event, it was wonderful. I was able to get the pieces I needed as our gift to our soon to be daughter (in law). Wonderful sales associates, warm and so accommodating. I will be shopping with Dunkin's for more special pieces very soon. Thank you to everyone for a great experience.

I love their jewelry and the salespersons. My wedding set came from Dunkens and we will get all our jewelry from them.
I came in to the store just to get my ring ready for my wedding (needed to be reshaped and cleaned up). They explained to me my ring would eventually crumble because the diamond was too big for such a small band etc. I was almost on tears because my ring was absolutely beautiful. Kayla was able to hook us up with a great deal and put my diamond into a much safer (and prettier) setting!!! I was absolutely pleased! We can't thank everyone enough for helping us out P.s.
