Good service but not a big selection of baked goods and the counter, garbage area and the lobby was disgusting!!! Very dirty coffee spilled all over garbage on the floor. Definitely will not go back to this place again. Very disappointed!!!!!
I want to give a shout out to dunkin donuts in Eustis. I had just bought a new cup and when i was about half way done with my coffee and i noticed that there was a hair inside of my cup. Literally inside of the insulation, so i took it up to the front counter and explaind the situation to the employee. He took it to the manager and he said that he was very sorry and gave me a brand new cup and offered me a fresh drink for free, no questions asked. Went thru the drive thru Sunday morning asked for a dozen assorted. Specifically said, "surprise me". What i got was a half dozen, doubled. So, my family had basically 6 doughnuts to choose from. Not one doughnut with sprinkles. What kind of dozen doughnuts doesn't have a doughnut with sprinkles? AND, they put in 2 of the "plain" doughnuts. You know the ones that NOBODY ever eats. ASSORTED MEANS ASSORTED!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am disappointed all together. I received a cheddar bagel twist with sliced cheese instead of what it's supposed to have on it....
Place needs to be cleaned and repaired. It is a mess.
