Stay away from the Eustis location. Go to Starbucks across the street. You won't have with wait, they rarely have shortages, and the employees are always very nice.
There’s always a bit of a line in the mornings, which is understandable. Today, I went inside and placed my order immediately. I got 1/2 dozen donuts and 2 egg/cheese wake up wraps. Donuts I got right away, but I waited 15 minutes for my wraps and then had to leave because they still weren’t ready. So frustrating!
Literally just left, ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. got 2 toasted bagels with 1 drop of cream cheese on both. absolutely ridiculous!
old bagels being sold like if they were fresh. bought one this morning and the rep forgot to remove the sticky that has a thaw date of 09-09-18 and Use by Date of 09-11-18. very disappointed.

I’m hooked on the brownie batter filled heart shape donuts!!! Yum! Great service and wonderful coffee😃
Horrible. Filthy. Worst service. Go to a gas station. These people are not interested in your business. Outside temp at 65F. Inside was like a freezer. Horrible donut selection. Look at my pictures in the comments before you go there.
This location is horrible! The staff were loudly arguing and hollering at each other, with customers present. The cashier was extremely rude. She had no clue how to process my gift card, then argued with the employee who came over to help her. The only thing they did right was get the two correct donuts I paid for. I will not go back to this location.
