When ordered 4 donuts, one being a Boston cream, they threw them all in a paper bag with the Boston cream at the bottom face down... so when you went to get it out, all the frosting was stuck to the bag.
I come here way too often and it’s almost always perfect. If it’s not they always fix it no questions or attitude.

Loved their frozen coffee for 1.99....with butter pecan flavoring....yummy..
Every time I come here the wait is SO LONG. I never have an issue with them getting my order right, that's not the point. The wait is RIDICULOUS. I wish there was one in Mount Dora.
Seems like every time I order donuts from this particular location my order gets messed up. I usually only get chocolate glazed donuts but how you guys always seem to give me blueberry donuts instead I don't know since blueberry sounds nothing like chocolate
Went through the drive thru 2 cars in front of us that only got coffee drinks at 5:57 a.m. set in the line for 15 minutes, no exaggeration!! My husband asks them what is going on. There was 4 people standing there that I could see. He told the girl how long we sat there, she just looked annoyed and didn't say a word. No apology nothing. We have go e there every day for weeks now and won't be going back!!! To top it off our order that we have been getting everyday was wrong!!!
