Disgusted. Hope those employees never get hired again in their life.
Have actual consequences for the actions of store owners (or other employees) when they are found to be racial profiling (or other terrible things). No apology will suffice...people want to see that the person has been fired (so that we have actual consequences for our actions...otherwise the consequence is that people will stop coming to your locations at all and you'll earn the reputation of being complicit with racism).
