Based on the Syracuse incident ! Suspended ? That’s it, well Dunkin Donuts , I am NEVER stepping foot in ANY location again !
Maybe your staff should learn some respect. truly disgusted to see the way they have recently treated a CUSTOMER by pouring water over them. would love to see the male customer be given an apology. Disrespectful staff, disrespectful company.

Wow. 23 minutes for a cup of coffee??? That I had ordered with On the Go app. Most people have to rush around to get a few errands done when they only get one hour for lunch. So spending half of my time here is so frustrating. And they still got the order WRONG! This has become a running joke, as everyone in my family has had a bad experience here. But not the Shara -e- Faisal one. the server wanted us to choose his choice instead of ours. Why would I want a Boston when I'm interested in Strawberry / Apple jam filled? According to him, Dunkin Donut isn't making them any more. I think someone needs training here. BTW, I love the staff as Golden Gate and Bahadrabad.
Is this place still open or did it close because the property owner filed a foreclosure. It was a beautiful building. Too bad the general and its subs did not get paid

Came in from NC for a wedding glad to have found this one close by! Great service great food!
