Bring back the Irish creme coffee or take down the banners and billboards... they are every where!!! As of right now currently and at all stores that I have visited. Response= that item is discontinued...then take down the signs! Thx

Dunkin' needs to offer some vegan donuts, too. Hard to understand why they don't. I've had to give up what was once a fave for me since I cannot even get coffee with a non-dairy creamer at their shops! Get with the program.

Hygiene. I received my order around 1 hour and 45minutes and then I found a hair in my sandwich. I called the Support but they said they'll file a complaint on my behalf. That's all they did. Nothing more. No apology no nothing. It's been more than a month and Dunkin Donuts hasn't responded. Worst customer service ever.
They closed all the store in Québec and now I Lost my favorite pastry of all chocolate eclair 😭😭😭
