Hi Dunkin Donuts Philippines( Eastwood branch to mention). I don't know if your company will actually pay attention to this but your staff's and managers need to have a HRM or Distribution management training or what ever that is related how to deliver service even better. Walang hiya omoorder ako nagsisisgawan sila sa harap ko and yung isang staff na kumukuha ng order ko di ako binibigyan ng attention.Nakakaloka! You really need to do something about it.

Some ways Dunking Donuts could help is by training personnel for customer service, then teaching the managers manage, and finally maintaining the spots clean. It seems every company has plenty of employees ONLY when inspectors or corporate is coming so everything runs smooth after that seems to come down to skeleton crews, old burn coffee and poor service. This is what continues to happen in the Chiefland, FL location

Got food poisoned after eating at Santiago airport april 29th. sent an email to the branch in Chile, but yet haven't recieved any email back. Would sertainly not recommend!
Let me share my experience of my visit to a DD branch in Karachi, Pakistan. I visited DD Bahadurabad branch between 630-645 pm yesterday and got 3 boxes of 6 donuts each. 2 of the boxes were gifts for my relatives which I gave right away. Firstly there was limited selection of donuts (Boston Creme was missing) secondly when me and my family ate those donuts late evening they were stale, it tasted like they were 2 days old.
