Place sucks and it’s so dirty. Takes 15 mins for a coffee and sandwich. Employees don’t even acknowledge you. My coffee was flavorless. They tried to give me someone elses food and just taped my receipt to the bag even though someone else’s order slip was still on the bag. My snackin bacon was given to me cold as if it came straight from the fridge. In my breakfast wrap they didn’t put my egg in it which is a vital ingredient.
I frequent a Dunkin in Cheltenham and one in Center city. Both fail to keep the consistency of my orders and drinks. I have been to this dunkin for the past 3 weeks and have never had a complaint about my order.
