Simply asked for my donuts to be warmed because they are very cold. The first attendant at the drive through said “we don’t do that” she got frustrated & transferred my to a manager to whom I explained that I was not asking for my donuts to be cooked but to be slightly warmed & that I have had this very same request granted at multiple sites.” They don’t want the ingredients to drip” into the same toaster oven they put cheese& eggs in
The staff at this Dunkin’ is consistently ignorant and unprofessional. One gentleman in particular always hides my change like he’s not planning to give it back until I ask for it. On top of that, he puts out his hand expecting a tip, which is ridiculous given the terrible service. Every time they mess up my drink order—whether it’s the wrong size or the wrong drink entirely—they argue with me instead of just fixing it.
