I went into this Dunkin location (52nd st) at about 6am to get coffee and donuts. There was no line, but I still waited at least 3 minutes before any of the 3 workers present even turned around. I received no greeting and when I started to place my order, the woman at the front counter seemed as if she had an attitude and asked, "How many donuts do you want?" while I was already placing my order. The customer service sucks. They leave expresso inside a tin cup for God knows how long and pour it in any customer drinks. And if u tell them u would rather have fresh expresso they get upset and tell u Not to return if u don't like it. Just nasty and insanity and Rude. They get a 0 rating from me
They are not open it say open but they do not open til 6 please update i came here for nothing
