They open their doors when they feel like it. I get to the store to get donuts before I get on the bus to go to work around 5:00-5:10 every morning. Half the time including this morning the doors were locked and they were only taking people in the drive through. One time they asked me to walk around and get my order from the drive through instead of letting me in, another time I had to wait 5 minutes before I got let in and almost missed my bus. I had made an order on the screen that dunkin' donut has at the store. I must have made a big mistake indicating. I order a $6 meal in order to have something to eat. As I did a pickup for my grubhub. I did hear my name be called that I put on the screen when I made my order. I was very tired and hungry that I can assure, my mistake was to pick someone else order. I love afternoon/night crew more than morning. I typically come here before work & this is my first morning trip. i understand it gets busy but don’t take the lazy way out of making things because ppl like me detects it. Cappuccinos are blended some for the foam, other wise i can be charged for a Latte. Thanks
