Pretty much the worst Dunkin’ in Philly. Terrible service and location in general (including the whole shopping strip). Last summer the AC barely worked and this year they still haven’t fixed / turned it on in- the middle of July. I’d feel sorry for the staff to work in the heatwaves, except they are the most surly bunch I have encountered in a chain restaurant.
AC does not work, the staff is rude and dismissive, and the entire place if filthy
I ordered a water, paid for it, and the cashier grabbed the last one and drank it. When I asked where mine was she told me We don't have any more waters and if I would like a cup or a refund. This is the most bizarre experience I have ever had with a cashier the situation got worse and I complained to corporate.
This is by far, without exaggeration, the filthiest establishment of any kind (not just Dunkin) I've ever visited. Watched employees sorting through trash (?) in the back while a line formed. Once served, could not help but notice how disgusting every surface of this place was-- with dairy left out in a non-airconditioned space, syrups dripping down every pump bottle, papers and trash littering every food prep surface, layers of dusty grime on top of every machine, the remnants of frozen beverages left to melt and fester in ... read more
