Horrible to say the least. They have a hard time understanding due to language barriers. You have to constantly repeat your order and when they get it wrong the are annoyed when you ask for the correct order. Sometimes the coffee tastes burnt and bitter. Usually they don't have alot of choices of donuts .The only reason I still go in their is I love the sausage egg and cheese wraps with hash browns.
Very disappointing experience at this location. The staff came across as rude and unprofessional, and the service felt careless from start to finish. My order was not prepared correctly, which shows a lack of attention to detail and proper training. The manager was also unhelpful when issues were brought up, which made the situation worse. For a well-known brand like Dunkin’, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and consistency. I hope management addresses the training and service issues at this location.
