I just watched the customer in front of me eat a munchkin out of the bag & tell the barista that she gave him the wrong ones. The barista dumped the munchkins back with the fresh ones & exchange them. Disgusting!
What so sad is it was an African American, very slender female? It was like she ran the place. She did everything she was cashier, trying to make drinks, trying to jump in, and help with everybody else was just doing nothing. Always seems to be a problem when I go there. The people are friendly but the quality and attention to detail is not there. My iced coffee tastes like water. Will not eat here again
18th and Oregon is one of the locations that water down their coffee. Any coffee drinker would notice this. I won't come here ever again.
