I am a traveler from Massachusetts and have been a loyal Dunkin' customer for over 10 years. Today, I placed an order for a Small Iced Lemonade (Order #4787) at this location. After making a purchase, I needed to use the restroom. However, an employee named Mohammed stopped me and told me, "Do not go in," without providing any explanation or offering any assistance.
