Terrible experience in this Dunkin'! I ordered a large ice coffee with oat milk and caramel syrup through the app. I arrive at the pick-up window, receive my order, and leave. At work, I discover that instead of oat milk, it seems to be ordinary, and there is no syrup at all — just bitter black coffee. There was no time to go back. The cashier in the window was busy talking on the phone and didn't pay any attention to me. I will be back today to be reimbursed for two spider donuts that cost me four dollars and some change apiece. There’s no way they’re not in my bag y’all give me two regular purple donuts.
