I wanted to purchase a half dozen donuts in a box to take as I was on a connecting flight thru Philly. The lady at the counter SHERMIN NALA insisted they only had a dozen box and that I needed to accept them in a #3 bag. I asked if I could purchase the larger box and she added $1 to the total. Then… Her (more competent) African American co-worker said but we have a box for your half dozen and pulled out the box. I said, yes, that’s exactly what I wanted in the first place, thank you.
