The young girl working this morning was so rude! Disgusting employees. Literally every worker here except for one young man with curls and a visor hat is so rude. I’m gonna stop coming cause it’s getting ridiculous at this point.

A café where they won't let you use the restroom!!!! What kind of discrimination is that? Especially when you're a customer.

This is the second time I’ve entered the store. The first time was two years ago. That time, the food wasn’t too bad, but the service was horrible. Every person behind the counter did not appear to be a happy camper. It’s possible something bad happened that day. This time the donuts tasted at least one or two days old. When I went to give the lady my order, she was distracted because another customer was complaining about not having her drink order made correctly. She seemed to care though about providing some service.

Only had bagels and muffins for breakfast sandwiches. Tried to call to complain and guy on phone was unprofessional and didn't want to take complaint because I wouldn't give give him my number and email. He hung up.
