Hire people who care about their jobs and also are polite to people. These people are “always” rude, don’t listen to questions and looking at customers with attitude. If they don’t value their jobs, go get new ones. We deserve better people working.
Service was terrible. They are rude and they will charge you $1 extra for a cup of iced water and argue with you.
They even gave my husband a free coffee refill. And more almond milk in my latte when I asked
