Have tried going here multiple times and they never have hash browns or munchkins. I waited for 10 minutes before being told they’ll take my order in a minute. There was 3 people in line… This time we finally got to order munchkins and went to the window and found out there was only blueberry and chocolate and they had already charged us. One of the worst operated locations of any chain I’ve ever been to.
So I went to this store for the first time today. Was not impressed at all. They were taking one car at a time in drive thru. So I decided I'm going in. I park and then there truck shows up and as I'm getting my 2 year old out the driver starts yelling and telling me to move. This company employees have no manners. Company should find another spot for there trucks. Not the truckers fault but his manners are. I won't be going here anymore.
Shoutout to Dunkin’ Donuts in Owasso! I stopped in today and had such a great experience, quick service, kind staff, and polite young employees who made eye contact, spoke clearly, and used good manners (which is surprisingly rare these days). I’m all about that! Happy to support businesses like this. ☕🍩👏
