I am absolutely pissed off after going into this place. This manager/owner only has one person working the entire business at 1230 in the afternoon! This is despicable business practice! Your business can't be so cheap that you can't bring one more person in to help. I will never walk in this place again until they do some hiring and stop using shameful business practices.

Store said they close at 7pm on Thursday went to go in at 6:45 and the doors was closed.
Walked in expecting a quick coffee and instead got hit with a wall of heat. The AC was clearly not working, it was sweltering inside, easily hotter than it was outside. Completely unbearable to stand in line, let alone sit down and enjoy anything. No fans, no apology, no sign anyone was doing anything about it. It’s hard to enjoy an iced coffee when you’re sweating through your shirt before you even order. Fix the air conditioning! l The customers shouldn’t have to suffer through a sauna just to grab breakfast.
We came on national donut day (thanks for the free donut). Despite the AC in the store not working, the gentleman working the cashier was so friendly and positive. Very pleasant experience due to your fabulous employee.
