Normally, this Dunkin’ Donuts is really good but the last few months it’s been terrible service. The people in the morning are great. The afternoon people are the worst. I normally don’t write reviews like this, but this is the third time I’ve ordered curbside when they weren’t even busy and sat out there for over 10 minutes waiting for my order and then having to go inside and get it While they’re sitting on their phones, unable to read that it’s curbside service. I order a corn muffin this morning heat it with butter but when I got to my destination I noticed that the muffin was smashed and not intact like other places do. And very miserable employees as well
Would not give me water for my kids - said “we don’t do water here”. Never coming here again
