Oh, Dunkin, how far you have fallen. It has been years since I have been here since we have many better options locally. I stopped here mid morning to grab some munchkins while I waited for an unrelated store to open. I pulled into parking lot and it was empty. Should've been a red flag there. The manager was amazing, made us feel welcome. He took the time to show us all the different drink options and combinations at Dunkin Donuts!
i got a strawberry daydream refresher before going to work today, when i arrived to work 5 minutes later the refresher was completely separated and disgusting, no matter how much i mixed it it just kept doing this. it seemed as tho it was made with whipped cream instead of cold foam. anyways i went back after i got outta work hoping to get a new one and was told i couldn’t and when i asked to speak to a manager i was told there wasn’t one. not to mention i had to wait at the counter while all the employees were in the back t... read more
