They dont participate in ddperks so i cant use my dunkin credits. Idk why dunkin does this!
I was served by Othello, and I ordered an iced matcha latte and hash browns on 03/30 at 9:15AM. I got my order and wanted to fill my water bottle with cold water, so I asked for a cup of ice to pour into my water bottle. This woman…literally went “1 dollar.” Are you joking? For ice? The dude in front of me literally went “They’re just making things up as they go.” Like is this coming out of their bank account? ICE?! Astonished.
Piss poor management at this location. I was told they open at 5:30 am. And it's well past 6 am at the staff is in no hurry to serve the long line of people waiting so they can catch their flight. If your business opens at 5:30 make the effort to be at work earlier and set up, so you can open on time
