An ice cream store that has no ice cream and mopping the floors while still open at 7:30pm. 0 stars. It’s a management problem I’m sure.
Employees are rude. Quality is poor. They've canceled every order my fiancée orders online so I went to the store and they "don't have the milk" to make items that are advertised all over the store.
Always a family favorite
Did a mobile pick up. Ordered 7 minutes ahead, it was only two iced coffees and two croissants. Neither takes long to make. I arrived and had to wait another 10 mins for the iced coffees. But my main problem is that there was a live cockroach on the counter. I've reported this to health inspector. Honesty looking at the other recent reviews this place just needs to be shut down.
