Did a mobile pick up. Ordered 7 minutes ahead, it was only two iced coffees and two croissants. Neither takes long to make. I arrived and had to wait another 10 mins for the iced coffees. But my main problem is that there was a live cockroach on the counter. I've reported this to health inspector. Honesty looking at the other recent reviews this place just needs to be shut down.
The manager Callie is very unprofessional. I was given a dirty box with finger prints of chocolate or glaze all over the box. I was bringing the donuts to a work event and didn’t want to show up with a dirty box, when I asked for another box she told me to get over it that it was just icing. She was acting as if she was being helpful and kept saying have a blessed day while being extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be using this location in the future
I’ve been to this store more than 5 times to order one menu item that they “never have the ingredients to make” today was my last time going to this location. I tried to order a drink from the baskin robbins menu at the drive thru speaker, the employee told me they did not have the ingredients to make the drink, I paused for a second, and he proceeded to say “did you hear what I said?” I then asked him if he said they did not have the ingredients, he responded “no we don’t.” I pulled around to the window where a different em... read more
Ive never had to write a google review. But today did it for me. As I was ordering I specifically asked for plain bacon, they told me I would get charged for every 3 pieces, okay cool. I never got my plain bacon and was told they dont sell regular bacon, when I asked for a refund they told me I couldn’t get a refund by “Amaya” who was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I never received my refund which is very unfair as a loyal customer.
No prices on half the items and then gave me the wrong order and wouldn’t serve me half of what I originally came in for. I will NOT be coming back. I’ve always had bad experiences and this was my last straw.
