I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dunkin'. I paid for 6 orders of Snackin' Bacon, a large strawberry coolatta, 2 large black cherry refreshers, and a large frozen coffee chiller, but one order of snackin' bacon was missing from my order. Mistakes happen, but what made this even more frustrating was that I repeatedly tried calling the store to have the issue resolved, and no one answered the phone. Poor customer service . no one greeted me when I walked in , nor did they acknowledge me when I was standing at the pickup counter . Order was placed in front of me , still no acknowledgment & not even packaged right .
