The Country runs on Dunkin
I came to treat myself to a coffee and donuts and the customer service was horrible coming from an employee name Kayla she was talking to me when I was processing my refund because I said the coffee was despicable and it was but I don't need to have a worker arguing back and forth with me or any other customer for that matter. Kayla is disrespectful and needs to be coach on adding her two cents when nobody was speaking to her.
We stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and were totally ignored by all employees, who were all looking at their phones. They refused to even look up and acknowledge us, but they did talk to an off duty employee who came behind the counter and was filling up boxes for herself. We walked out
So disappointed! $8 breakfast sandwich that’s supposed to have 4 pieces of bacon… pitiful! Complete waste of money!
