I would give 20 stars if I could! Arthur provided me with the most excellent customer service experience I have had in months!!! And an absolutely delicious coffee. They have made my day and I cannot wait to come back for more great coffee and a wonderful atmosphere. This person deserves a raise and y'all are blessed to have them, thanks Arthur
We walked in with no other customers at the drive thru or store. The worker was by the drive thru window, looked at us and never said a word. We waited 2 minutes with no acknowledgement!! The donut area had papers hanging off the rack! Dirty and disrespectful location…. And I have been to many! Because I had the DUNKIN’ App I had started my order using 950 of my points. I was standing at the cashier for 5 minutes while the staff watched me and kept talking about their personal matters, completely ignoring me. Even I walked away they don’t care at all. They laughed
