I came today and there is terrible service. I asked for TWO donuts and it took 10 minutes. My family who ordered before me also had to get their orders redone multiple times. The food was not fresh whatsoever and was chewy
I would rather go to Petco And eat dog food than ever throw away my hard earned money with this Dunkin donut in tanger outlet ever again!! Hash browns were burnt and extremely old not to mention my egg on my croissant was undercooked along with the sausage. My husband paid for extra bacon on his croissant and received none. Our experience was very unpleasant And I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy!! A waste of money Bc I threw my food where it belongs…In the Trash!!
1st time here at this location. 1 car was pulling away.. no one was behind us in the drive up.. pretty empty. Sunday 845am. I knew I should have checked.. I figured they are not rushed so they should be able to read an order and execute it.. for 2 people.. I was wrong.. again.. the coffee was just over warm.. not hot.. the sandwich was made wrong.. simple things.. and Dunkin just can't do it.. they have no quality control.. just seems employees of all Dunkins really dont care.. Waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks, and the people working in the back were laughing, chatting, cussing, and don’t get me wrong having fun at work is important, but there was maybe 2 people actually working. I used to live this Dunkin, but the vibes are no longer good.
Terrible service. Only 3 kinds of donuts. Service was extremely slow. Window worker very rude. Will NEVER GO BACK!!!
