The couple was really great. They had a wonderful kid and the place was really warm. Happy new years to this beautiful family dunkin.
After not being awknowledged waiting at the take out microphone, regardless of if short staffed. As a customer we should have been awknowledged by any employee taking orders. “ we’ll be with you in a moment please”. instead of wait for over 5 minutes for us to say “hello?” Then having the employee tell us we we’re the ones yelling for a donut. How unprofessional and a poor experience. Other Dunkin’s locally have much better customer service and you won’t be getting mine anymore.
