So I'm was traveling through and decided to stop a d get some donuts since I had seen many signs. This location was not busy at all. I ordered 3 glazed and 3 chocolate glaze and a milk for 13.24. I pull to the drive through and the young lady was handing me a small bag that didn't contain 6 donuts. Then she leaves and come back with 3 glaze 3 chocolate donuts not chocolate glaze donuts and they were out of milk. Great clean friendly staff great fresh coffer
The person at the register was very hard to hear.He did not speak up even when I was up to get giving money you could hardly hear him.
Listen, I know Dunkins, and this one (and the 2nd down the street - same Owner) needs to pick up their Coffee/Lattes/Moochiotto game. I have personally seen places like yours, being middle of the road, I then complained and that place picked up their game and now it's one of my Favorites (Hawley, PA near Lake Wallenpaupack - check it out really good, makes you think you are at a Dunkin in Massachusetts). So, you need a Makeover AND your Management team needs a "refresher" on drink making so they can train the entire team. I ... read more
