Didn’t take my order correctly. Went twice for the correct order but they have messed up the order each time. Very bad service. We went there On Sunday (03/15/2026) around 8:50 PM
Such a awful employee's... I order hot cappuccino the guy give me hot americano coffee...
They always mess up my order. Everytime i go here they always get it wrong. A few days ago i ordered a protein ice latte and they gave a small iced coffee. The other day I asked for the same and they gave me a macha chocolate caramel latte. Today i asked for a mango pineapple lemonade refresher and they gave green tea. I also asked for 2 sour cream donuts and I only got one random donut which i dont know what its called. The last 3 times i tried to be nice but im tired of them doing this over and over again. The staff here from my experience always get orders right. The coffee is fresh, the food is consistent, and they move fast even when it’s busy. The staff here is really great. They are always friendly, respectful, and on point with orders. You can tell they care about keeping things running smoothly. There’s also a nice community feel with the regular customers, which makes it a good vibe overall. Definitely one of the better Dunkin’ spots in the area.
