This place when down hit they just hired all new people and they are terrible. They got rid of one employee named Nina. Who knew my order to a T. She was one of the best baristas around. I refuse to spend my money here anymore.
I love coming to this Dunkin’ Donut spot but today was horrible. I was served by an older white woman who I believe had a very long day and just had a really bad attitude butttt after getting my coffee and drinking it a few times I started smelling as if there were pee around me. Then I took another sip of my cup. I started smelling around my cup, and sure enough I took the sticker off and u can smell pee. It smelled like pee !!! Very disappointing and disrespectful experience. On August 13, 2026, at around 6:15 PM, I went through the drive-thru to place my order. The employee taking my order behaved in a very disrespectful and, in my opinion, racist manner. She laughed loudly because I was having difficulty pronouncing “strawberry donut” correctly. What made the situation even worse was that she never apologized for laughing at me or for the way she treated me.
