Very disappointing and disrespectful experience. On August 13, 2026, at around 6:15 PM, I went through the drive-thru to place my order. The employee taking my order behaved in a very disrespectful and, in my opinion, racist manner. She laughed loudly because I was having difficulty pronouncing “strawberry donut” correctly. People were lined up out the door, but the staff here were moving so fast and so friendly! They got my order out quickly, though the coffee was a tad too sweet for my liking. Still, super efficient and everyone was smiling.
