This place has gone done hill in the last couple of months. Any request of change from the normal drink is treated like a HUGE inconvenience and then they don’t even do the request. The manager has a bad attitude and there is a female employee who works there, that I don’t know if she’s newer but I only started seeing her in the last 3 months or so who is just unbelievably rude. Every Saturday I usually go to the Westmont Dunkin and every time now, the staff are very disrespectful & cause drama. The manager is just as bad and in my opinion, if you wanna make your day terrible then go there because the girls there will make sure to disrespect you in every way possible. Grown women acting like children, genuinely sad.
Most of the staff there are rude, and that starts with management. Not a good work culture, (I’m assuming), which is not the kids’ fault. Forgetful of food/drinks. Make sure you double check before you leave.
Disappointing donuts. The ones I saw on Instagram that inspired me to go get one vs. the one I got. Barely any icing. Sheetz donuts are way better..
