Difficult and unsafe area to get into. Just received my order. There were literally seven hashbrowns in the bag. No condiments at all. Terrible service.Ridiculously overpriced!

The employees are rude as hell, I ordered 5 apple fritters because I’m having a family get together, the girl dropped all of them and said don’t worry you didn’t need them anyway, like honestly it took everything in me not to jump that counter, you better watch who your talking to cause the next person isn’t gonna be so nice
I am a retired disable Army veteran and I go to Duncan donuts at least twice a week. Great service, they always get my order right? And they greet you with a smile, and I always tell you have a good day upon leaving. So this is a great place to get coffee and refreshment.
