Stopped by this location around 6:30 AM and the exterior was so dark it genuinely looked closed. For an early-morning business that depends on visibility and foot traffic, this was incredibly uninviting and borderline confusing. They didn't have chocolate or vanilla ice cream available. My scoop of ice cream was about half the size of my husband's scoop. Just went again today, January 2. The sign on the door said, "use drive thru- short staffed" Six months later and still struggling...
Absolutely the worst DD I frequent. Service is extremely slow. Always understaffed and employees don't want to work out of their job description. Eff ordering thru mobile app, you can still count on a 15-20 min wait.
