Messed up my day. I order online to be quick because I have to go to work and they didn’t have frozen coffee… how don’t you have frozen coffee and you’re a coffee place in 100 degree weather
Poor quality Dunkin location. The employees are more worried about getting you in and out of the drive thru than getting your order right, and you’ll still be in the line longer than needed. Understanding it’s a fast food job that no one enjoys they blatantly do no care about giving you the correct order and will throw whatever food into the bag
The WORST service I've came across from any establishment. Lady in the drive through window, actually had the nerve to snatch the bag out of my hand AFTER I told her (politely) that she gave me the wrong order. I will never purchase anything from that location AGAIN ❗
The people that work their don't wash they hands nor change they gloves they mess up on orders the managers get mad when you tell them about their service or people that work their it was hair in my food and they say It was part of the sandwich
Window lady was very kind and had a beautiful smile.
