Restuarant is clean and well maintained. Recently went through a renovation. Order is always made well and tastes delicious. Never have an issue. Use the app to speed up your order and rack up points. You can use one coupon and as many rewards as you have points for. Love the maple pepper bacon on anything. Recommend bacon egg and cheese croissant and loaded hash browns and Boston creme donuts.
Never opens on time…. Opening at 5am means you should be ready to serve customers at 5am. Not arriving to your shift at 5am. Management needs to fix this please and thank you.
I’ve pulled up shovel different times to find out the employees closed the store whenever they feel like it. I’m leaving this review at 5:15 on a Sunday.
At 7:08 a.m. dds charged my card $25 at 7:18 a.m. still waiting for the order, the attending manager was rude and said I have to wait at 7:38a.m my cash app card was refunded the $25 smh I was trying to get my great neice breakfast before school I deleted my dds rewards account and app " make it make sense"
Dunking is always good unless ( u order on south Philly and west Philly some places are just not clean) but over all is a good place to go and eat
