This Dunkin is a joke! The food is always bad and the coffee is always watered down! The employees are lazy and rude! The managers joe and Jeramy are extremely unprofessional and sexist! They talk bad about their employees. This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and I highly suggest no one waste their money there !
I, sadly, go to dunkin donuts to get my iced coffee on my days off because they have what I want. I pay for coffee 3-4 times a week from there. I wish we had another coffee shop in Chiefland that had better customer service and consistent food/drinks. One day you go and they make everything perfectly, the next time everything is horrible. We need some consistency. They need better training on how to make the food/drinks, every employee makes them differently. The service was okay. The food was cold. The cones were stale. We had a very limited selection on what we could order because all the machines we down for cleaning even though we got there 3 hours before closing. The "free internet" was so slow it wasn't even worth using. My coffee was old. They were out of just about everything they offered on their menu. This is always the case when we choose dunkin donuts. We will not be back.
Absolutely horrible service. Everytime i went there i was either forgotten altogether or had an average wait time of 20 mins. And it wasnt just me while im waitng there are others clearly aggravated with their slow service also. Very irritating i would love to support this business but im fed up i cannot waste anymore of my life in that line, inside or outside. Negative stars on this business!!!!!
We were there for 30 minutes for 3 sandwhiches and 3 drinks.....The egg was cold, one was missing the egg and there were 6 hashbrowns in the bag!!! Terrible service and very unhappy!
