Passing the entire card reader to try and coherse customers to tip is rude. This is not a tipping establishment. Plus, all ingredients on the drinks sit in the bottom of the coffee cup, unstirred, cold bacon and or you have to give them back the drink for cold foam. Why am I going to tip for this anyway? They literally stare you down to see if you are going to tip...they need to be more worried about service.
We went inside to grab something quick there were several in there working. They were ignoring us like we weren’t there never did get waited on so we left and went to Starbucks!
Went through at around 7:30 only to be spoken to and treated extremely rude, staff at this Dunkin needs to do better, not sure if it’s because they were about to close or if it’s because they heard me and my bf laughing at something completely unrelated and they are all just unhappy and wanna take it out on customers, either way not acceptable and it’s extremely tacky to treat people like that :/
