If you order a chocolate filled croissant, you'll get a Costco pre-packaged item, that has to be heated for any flavor. Same owner as the place on Howell at Peutz.

Very disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. The pricing is inconsistent, especially with the Long John donut. I’ve been charged different extra amounts for the same item, even though the additional charge is not clearly listed on the menu. There is also an ongoing issue with cash payments and incorrect change. My daughter ordered two refreshers but was charged for three. Rude staff and manager! They Always forget items we order. Today I made sure to repeat the order 3 times and make sure they added the hash-browns. One lady said “yes ma’am, we did” with annoyance. Then I asked if they added all drinks, in which one of the drinks was not added. So she asked the manager to come added to the order. I paid, and when they handed me the order it was missing the hash-browns!!
