The employees don’t speak english worth a damn, and argued with my dad over a coffee that they didn’t make. He is a regular. He repeated his coffee order three times to the guy at the window, because he could hardly understand him, and after being told to go wait out front, he went in and the employee started arguing with him. My dad went there all the time too, very sad experience. Maybe hire people who speak English, when that’s what language almost everybody orders in.
This was a nice dunkin' donuts.When it opened.Now, you have seven people in there that don't speak english that want to argue with you about your coffee kind of hilarious, I will never be back
Really bad service the coffee was burned not even fresh
Sometimes I get charged for less ice, and I don’t mind paying for it. Lately, though, I’ve been asking for medium ice because when I pay for less ice, I usually end up with barely any, and the coffee doesn’t taste good that way. Today, I specifically asked for medium ice, but the employee still charged me for less ice and only gave medium ice. That doesn’t seem fair.
