Worst place to go. The guy at the cashier has no knowledge of what he is doing. Have to shout out the order multiple times in order for him to understand. Its better for this location to shutdown
They really need to do rehiring, don’t understand anything and take 35 minutes to make 5 drinks.
Terrible customer service the place was super dirty and had to repeat my order 4 times just for the man to get it down then still gave me the wrong drink.
We're glad to have Dunkin in our town. We went through the drive through in the early hours and the line formed up quickly behind us. Customer service is great! Busy guy in there taking, making, ringing up and delivering the orders. Wow!
How disappointing to order a dozen of cream filled doughnuts, and when you get home and start to eat them and discover that only three of the dozen had the cream inside, and see the disappointment in my grand children’s . How does that happen? This isn’t the first time it’s happened. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard a response from The location as of yet.
