Most expensive fast food breakfast and not even good. The 7ish hashbrowns i got were soggy and greasy. Sandwich was cold and dry. Never again

Employee named Ramya is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to be polite and treated me with complete disrespect. On top of that, she ruined both my ice cream and coffee. This Dunkin’ is new, yet it’s already getting negative attention because of poor service like this. She kept wanting to argue for no reason.

I come to this Dunkin almost every day and usually have good experiences with the staff. However, my recent visit with an employee named Ramya was terrible. She was extremely rude and disrespectful when I tried to use my points for something customizable. Instead of helping, she gave me an attitude, rolled her eyes, and said, “I have no button for that,” like I was asking for something free.
