Ngl Morning staff usually sucks here. They seem to have a hearing issue idk if the music playing or what. But it's very common to have to repeat your order a couple times they also forget my second drink so I had to remind them I order two drinks not just one
They don’t do frozen drinks now for 2 weeks anytime I come they say the can’t don’t understand why

The girl at the drive through window was on her phone the whole time. At one point I was just waiting on my drink that was sitting inside the counter while she just played on her phone for a while not paying attention.
