I went in this morning, 11/4/25, to get a large candy bar iced coffee and a medium Dunkin' iced latte, but instead, I got an original iced coffee and a horrible-tasting hot latte because they would rather have music blasting, making it hard for them to hear, and messing up your order. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to yell over the music to make sure they actually hear your order.
Went through the drive through and was told "We don't have no dozen donuts". What kind of donut shop doesn't have a dozen donuts mid-day when it's slow? Absolute garbage.
I bought 4 pumpkin donuts, a signature pumpkin latte, and a specific amount for my caramel latte. But when we got the drinks, they both tasted bitter, Cold brew bitter. They clearly didn't add my caramel amount and they certainly didn't stir my drink. Same for the signature Pumpkin latte, they didn't seem to add enough of the pumpkin syrup or stir it. Completely lazy and/or terrible syrup at this location.
Person that took the order and cashier seemed to be in a bad mood I see Why the other coffee shop was packed never again won’t ruin my morning joy
I love Dunkin, but holy heck, this place never fails to disappoint. My order is always wrong, whether it’s asking for assorted and getting a dozen glazed, ordering a large and getting a medium, the coffee tasting tasting terrible, you get stressed out just pulling up to window. I recommend getting your coffee at Starbucks across the street, and when you order your donuts here, to take the time and check it before you leave. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place needs to get it together.
