Tried ordering two $6 meal deals. It was a new hire and english likely isn't her first language, that's okay, I tried being patient. Wasn't informed that they couldn't do refreshers with the meal. I was only told they could do banana only, no strawberry. During this whole process I was nearly charged $48 for two $6 meal deals and 2 maple donuts. 1, not 2 coffee came out, not a refresher. 8 employees and had to use kiosk for coffee Terrible customer service Will not come back here
Went in for just a coffee at Scalp Avenue location in Johnstown, PA, I counted 10 employees on staff. Not one person waited on me at register for over 8 minutes. The drive thru was backed up outside, but customers who get out of their cars and into store should be first priority over laziness. I walked out. Not gonna wait for 20 minutes for a cup of black coffee when Starbucks had mine ready in less than 3.
