For two consecutive years, opens 1 hour LATER than posted 5:00 a.m. Very disappointing for fishing trips.
Drink was disgusting barely filled up, food was disgusting, they overcharge you for pumps of milk, got the whole order wrong never again am I coming to the keys because of this Dunkin
They are overly ignorant, It disgusts me. They over charge for everything, The food is burnt and nasty. Drink was made wrong Overall i’m very disappointed and will not be back.
Check your receipts, they charged me 3$ extra for oat milk on a small latte and $4 extra for almond milk on a Large matcha apparently they take it upon themselves to decide how many “shots” of non dairy milk and charge according to what they choose. Also if you don’t specify a size or they don’t hear you say a size they automatically give you a large. And when I went in to ask why they overcharge for the milk they said that’s what we do here. Terrible and I am contacting corporate.
They refused to give me a tray when I bought half a dozen donuts and two coffees. They wouldn’t give me a tray for the two coffees. They stated they don’t do that. They also say they open at 5 AM and they don’t. They open at 6 AM.
